1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Agri-Africa Exhibition Limited ("Agri-Africa", "we", "our", or "us"), including:
and any associated websites, registration portals, membership platforms, mobile applications, online services, event systems, and digital platforms operated by Agri-Africa (collectively referred to as the "Services").
By accessing, browsing, registering on, submitting information through, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You may use our Services only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
Where you register on behalf of a company, institution, government agency, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

- Other services introduced from time to time.
Agri-Africa reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service without prior notice.
4. Registration and User Information
When submitting any registration or enquiry, you agree that
- The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
- You will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.
- You will not knowingly provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- You are responsible for information submitted using your email address or membership account.
Agri-Africa may decline, suspend, or cancel any registration where inaccurate, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent information is identified.
5. Accounts and Membership
Certain Services may require the creation of a user account or membership profile.
You are responsible for
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities conducted through your account.
- Immediately notifying Agri-Africa of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
Membership remains subject to any applicable membership rules, codes of conduct, subscription requirements, or program-specific conditions.
6. Event Registration and Attendance
Registration for an Agri-Africa event does not guarantee admission where
- Capacity limits have been reached.
- Registration requirements have not been satisfied.
- Security or safety concerns arise.
- Applicable fees (where relevant) remain unpaid.
Admission may require presentation of
- A valid registration confirmation;
- A QR code, badge, ticket, or reference number; and
- Identification where reasonably required.
Agri-Africa reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from an event, any person whose conduct is unlawful, disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with the objectives of the event.
7. QR Codes, Badges and Credentials
QR codes, badges, passes, tickets, or registration credentials remain the property of Agri-Africa and are issued solely for the registered participant.
They
- Are personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorized;
- May be verified upon entry;
- May be cancelled where misuse, duplication, alteration, or fraud is suspected; and
- Do not confer rights beyond the specific event or purpose for which they were issued.
Loss or misuse of credentials should be reported to Agri-Africa immediately.
8. Business Matchmaking
Agri-Africa may facilitate introductions between exhibitors, visitors, buyers, sponsors, partners, investors, or other participants.
While reasonable efforts are made to support meaningful connections, Agri-Africa does not guarantee:
- Business opportunities;
- Commercial outcomes;
- Contracts;
- Sales;
- Investments; or
- The quality, suitability, or performance of any participant.
Any commercial relationship entered into as a result of such introductions is solely between the relevant parties.
9. Communications
By registering for a Service, you agree to receive communications necessary for administering that Service, including confirmations, reminders, updates, security notices, and operational information.
Where you have provided the required consent, Agri-Africa may also send information regarding future events, agricultural opportunities, publications, and related programmes. You may withdraw such marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism provided.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, software, databases, designs, publications, and other materials, is the property of Agri-Africa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use such content solely for lawful, personal, informational, or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or exploit any content without prior written permission from Agri-Africa, except as permitted by law.
11. Photography and Recording
Agri-Africa events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that your image, voice, likeness, or participation may be captured and used by Agri-Africa for reporting, archival, educational, promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed.
Requests for removal of close-up images from Agri-Africa-controlled online platforms may be submitted in writing. Agri-Africa will consider such requests and make reasonable efforts where practical, but removal from printed materials, archived content, or third-party platforms may not be possible.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- Upload malicious software or code;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Collect personal information without authorization;
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct.
Agri-Africa may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
13. Third-Party Services
The Services may include links to, integrations with, or functionality provided by third-party platforms or service providers.
Agri-Africa is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
14. Fees and Payments
Certain Services may require payment. Where applicable
- Applicable fees will be communicated before payment is required;
- Payments shall be made through approved payment channels;
- Additional terms relating to refunds, cancellations, substitutions, or transfers may apply to specific Services or events.
Unless otherwise stated, all applicable taxes are the responsibility of the payer.
15. Cancellation, Postponement and Force Majeure
Agri-Africa may cancel, postpone, relocate, shorten, extend, or otherwise modify any event or Service where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, government directives, security concerns, labour disputes, failures of infrastructure, or other force majeure events.
Where practicable, Agri-Africa will notify affected participants and communicate any applicable arrangements.
16. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
While Agri-Africa endeavours to provide accurate and reliable information, it does not warrant that:
- The Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
- Information will always be complete, current, or accurate; or
- The Services will meet every user's specific expectations or requirements.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agri-Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic loss arising from or relating to the use of the Services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agri-Africa, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the Services;
- Your violation of applicable law; or
- Your infringement of the rights of any third party.
19. Suspension and Termination
Agri-Africa may suspend or terminate access to any Service without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:
- These Terms have been breached;
- Fraud or misuse has occurred;
- Continued access presents legal, operational, or security risks.
Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
20. Changes to these Terms
Agri-Africa may revise these Terms from time to time.
The most current version will be published on the website together with the updated version number and effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
21. Privacy
The collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by the Agri-Africa Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
The parties shall first endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya.
